Haxter Corporation offers a wide range of products and services, including HaxterSociety and ARIA, as well as other software products. Services covered by this privacy statement include websites, such as Haxter Corporation's main website, applications and software developed by Haxter Corporation. At Haxter Corporation (“Haxter”, “we”, “our company”), we treat information as a strategic asset and an essential component of our continuous improvement process. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and for what purposes, in relation to our platforms, products, devices, software, apps, cloud services, AI systems (such as ARIA), and any other components managed by Haxter Corporation and its global divisions, but is not a substitute for individual service statements. By using any Haxter Corporation product or service, you accept the collection and processing of your data under this policy.

II. What Data We Collect

Haxter Corporation will collect information in order to improve its services over time and to provide the best possible service to its users. All of them within their enjoyment of Haxter Corporation's services.

  • Identity data: name, alias, nationality, government-issued identification.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, IP address, geolocation.
  • Activity data: browsing history, usage logs, behavioral patterns, interactions with services (e.g., ARIA).
  • Media content: files, images, videos, audio uploaded or generated.
  • Technical data: device configuration, connection type, OS, error logs.
  • Biometric and sensory data: voice, facial structure, fingerprints, smart device sensors.
  • AI-generated data: inferences, predictions, sentiment analysis, user profiling.

At Haxter Corp we work hard to protect your data and give you the opportunity to manage and administer it, that is why from your HaxterSociety account in the "My Account" section you are free to verify, clarify or delete any of your data, however, please note that data such as your name and email are essential for the proper functioning and management of our system and deleting and altering them in a harmful way could affect not only your experience, but your entire account.
Haxter Corporation will not share your information with third parties unless we have your permission, however, for the following reasons you may receive an email after you make the move and not before.

  • 1. To comply with any requirement under applicable law or regulation or to comply with legal process or a request from a competent authority.
  • 2. Comply with applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • 3. Detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • 4. Protect Haxter Corp, our users and the general public from harm to their rights, property, and/or safety to the extent required or permitted by law.
  • 5. Partnerships with individuals and/or companies with different privacy policies, notwithstanding that, the most important data will not be disclosed.


III. Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

  1. To provide access to Haxter Corporation’s products and services.
  2. To personalize your experience based on usage behavior and preferences.
  3. To train, operate, and improve our AI systems, including ARIA.
  4. To generate reports, metrics, and strategic insights.
  5. To develop new technologies, products, and automation tools.
  6. To comply with technical, operational, legal, or security requirements.
  7. To run internal and external marketing and advertising campaigns.
  8. To monitor the use, integrity, and performance of our platforms.

The reason for storing data such as your name, email, and number is to have the minimum information for the construction of your HaxterSociety account for access from any device, using your username and password, however, in case you do not remember the password you can send a verification to your email and/or phone number.
The reason for storing your web browsing history and frequency of use is to generate statistics on general trends and the number of times it is performed, obviously this data is stored in non-identifiable ways, that is, we will only store browsing and usage, but not your name, and other account data.
The reason Haxter Corp needs data such as your nationality is in order to prevent any legal issues based on the rules and laws applicable in your country of origin.
The reason for storing data such as the media content uploaded by your device and/or your account lies in the services we offer that enable the delivery of such content, functions such as access from multiple devices are what make storage of this material indispensable, while account recovery and automatic synchronization also require storage of this material.

IV. How do we use this data

Haxter Corporation uses the data it collects for everything from operating your HaxterSociety account to marketing and advertising purposes, as well as providing you with personalized and enriched user experiences. As a general purpose, we use your information to:

  1. Promote our products, when we notice that you are looking for or require a particular service.
  2. Continue to improve, innovate and create new products.
  3. Customize and advertise our products and our parts, including but not limited to within Haxter Corporation, such as HaxterSociety, but you may also see advertisements for our company on external or third party services.
  4. To keep the services we provide running with the minimum essential data they require.
We also use your data for purposes of operating the company, analyzing our performance and reach, complying with legal obligations, and maximizing our capabilities. To this end, we combine the data we collect from different contexts, such as your stay at HaxterSociety or communication with ARIA, as well as from third parties to provide you with a more enjoyable, consistent and personalized experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.
Our processing of Personal Data for these purposes includes both automated and manual processing methods. Our automated methods are often related to and supported by our manual methods. For example, our automated methods include artificial intelligence (AI), which we think of as a set of technologies that enable computers to perceive, learn, reason and assist in decision making to solve problems in human-like ways. To compile, train and improve the accuracy of our automated processing methods (including AI), we manually review some of the predictions and inferences produced by the automated methods against the underlying data from which the predictions and inferences were made. For example, we will manually review short snippets of speech data where we have followed steps to uninstall and enhance speech recognition technologies. Haxter Corporation employees or vendors working on behalf of Haxter Corporation may perform this manual review. As part of Haxter Corporation's data processing, information you provide in public media and measurements will be used by other departments of Haxter Corporation to ensure the security of Haxter Corporation and its users in a completely legitimate manner.


V. Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence

Haxter Corporation products incorporate advanced AI capabilities. By interacting with our systems, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be:

  • Processed using automated analysis models.
  • Used to train and enhance our systems.
  • Subject to manual review by authorized personnel to ensure accuracy.

VI. Reasons for sharing your personal data

We share your personal information with your consent or when it is necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized. For example, we share your content with third parties when you instruct us to do so, such as when you send an email to a friend, share photos or documents on HaxterSociety, or link accounts with another service. If you use a Haxter Corporation product provided by an organization with which you are affiliated, such as an employer or educational institution, or use an email address provided by such an organization to access Haxter Corporation products, we share certain data, such as interaction data and diagnostic data, to enable the organization to administer the products. When you provide payment information to make a purchase, we will share payment information with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, as well as for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
In addition, we share Personal Information among affiliates and subsidiaries controlled by Haxter Corporation. We also share Personal Information with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this statement. For example, companies we have engaged to provide customer support or to help protect and secure our systems and services may require access to Personal Data to perform those functions. We provide aggregate metrics on users' requests to exercise their data protection rights through the Haxter Corporation Privacy Report.
Haxter Corporation does not grant users the right to modify, delete, or request the portability of their data, except in jurisdictions where local laws explicitly require it. In such cases, a formal request must be submitted to our legal department for evaluation and potential processing.


VIII. Minors

Our products are not intended for minors unless specifically designed for educational use under institutional supervision. Haxter Corporation does not proactively verify the age of all users.
